We’re seeking an experienced and organized Care Coordinator to oversee staff scheduling, care delivery planning, and client relationships — ensuring excellence in every step of our services.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate staff shifts and rota management

  • Conduct client assessments and develop care plans

  • Manage compliance documentation and DBS checks

  • Be the link between families, carers, and managers

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with home care compliance standards

  • Excellent time management

Qualifications:

  • Background in social care, administration, or HR

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent

  • Computer literate (Excel, care management software)
